7/9/2024:
Several firsts today:
1. We saw a semi (cab) that had tipped over in a ditch on a narrow road with steep shoulders. Routing around the accident took a while
2. We paid $8.30 (Canadian) per gallon for diesel. That comes out to $6 something U.S. It was the only station in 480 km.
3. On route 37 there was a gravel road and construction
4. First time we've dipped our legs in the water. Duke, too.
We are camped at Boya Provincial Park. Lakeside spot but lots of bugs: flies and bees mostly.
