Still May 5th-bizarre occurrence at a rest stop

We stopped at a rest stop and Ron got out to walk Sammy. Shortly afterward, there was a knock at the door. I rolled the window down and a trucker said, "Did ya get your money from the guy and his old lady". He said, "Is your old man here? When he gets back I'll talk to him.". Well I was nervous! When Ron came back, he said that a trucker and his lady had won $250,000 at a Casino and he was giving $100 bills to every trucker and veteran in the truck stop.  We did not qualify!!
