After 3 hours of sleep, Ron returned the rental truck and we
installed the framework for the bimini.
I met John from Custom Canvas /Covers on the dock yesterday. He agreed to come on a Saturday to install
our canvas snaps. We’ve tried for four
years to get a bimini (canvas cover for the aft deck) and we finally have it.
There was a poker run on the river today (cigarette boats)
so there was lots of noise with those jet engines humming. The BLC was supposed to have a raft out, but
conditions were too windy and they, instead, brought their party to Finch House.
Upon an invitation from Ann and Bill, we attended and had a great time.
